Feb. 5 Albuquerque Forum on Faith and Politics

This Sunday, February 5, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., St. Andrew Presbyterian Church hosts “An Interfaith Conversation on Faith and Politics.” This is the first in a series of public conversations on critical issues at the intersection of faith and politics. Panelists will offer brief remarks from Christian, Jewish, Buddhist and Muslim perspectives, followed by small group discussions.

The panelists are:

  • Rev. Roger Scott Powers, Pastor, St. Andrew Presbyterian Church
  • Rabbi Paul Citrin, Taos Jewish Center
  • Kathryn Turnipseed, Albuquerque Vipassana Sangha
  • A representative from the Islamic Center of New Mexico
